Service Description

In this workshop you will learn how to craft the most intricate Japanese confectionary known as "Nerikiri." Nerikiri is a vegetarian sweet, often served at tea gatherings alone side thick matcha " koicha." The theme of the sweet changes seasonality. At the end of the class you will be served matcha to enjoy with your handmade wagashi.
