Soba cha "Buckwheat"

Soba tea, has been used for a very long time in China and Japan. Contrary to popular belief, buckwheat bears no relation to wheat, it is the seed of a fruit related to rhubarb. The buckwheat plant grows small white flowers and bright green leaves. The seeds, are used to make buckwheat tea.

A rich and nutty flavor, similar to coffee but without the bitterness.

Other than its great taste soba tea has excellent health benefits, and contains several vitamins and minerals such as B1 and B2.
