If you are a Pu'er lover, this is a must try. The earthy characteristics of Shou Puer stuffed into a mini lime and aged to perfection, resulting in an aromatic, citrusy bold flavor.
Tips: Place the whole lime in your vessel ( Pot, kyusu, Gaiwan, etc.).
Rinse out with hot water infuse for 3 seconds and discard the water, then start your infusions.
Temp: 95 C
Infusion: for multiple infusions start with 40 seconds, then 1 min for the second infusion, and increase time after every infusion.
